Pr. Mourad Ben Saïd, a faculty member at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, has been installed as the president of the local office of the National Federation of Higher Education Teachers, under the auspices of the General Union of Algerian Workers. The installation ceremony took place in the presence of Mrs. Saouad Baroudi, Secretary General of the Local Union of the General Union of Algerian Workers, as well as Professor Massoud Amarna, Secretary General of the National Federation of Higher Education Teachers, and the general secretaries of the local unions of Tlemcen and Mansourah, along with a member of the federation and the members of the local office of the National Federation. The rector of the University of Tlemcen was also in attendance.

The event was marked by speeches from Mrs. Baroudi, Mr. Amarna, the university rector, and Mr. Mourad Ben Saïd, all emphasizing the importance of collaborative work and constructive dialogue to preserve the stability of the institution.
